1. 앱에서 다루는 데이터

앱은 사용자가 선택한 옷 사진, 옷 이름·분류·색상·계절·브랜드·구매 정보·메모, 저장한 코디와 배치, 착용 날짜·메모·선택 사진을 다룹니다. 사진은 Android 또는 iOS의 시스템 사진 선택기에서 사용자가 직접 고른 항목만 가져옵니다.

2. 처리와 저장 위치

데이터베이스와 사진은 이 기기의 앱 전용 비공개 저장소에 보관됩니다. 배경 제거를 포함한 사진 처리는 기기 안에서 수행되며 개발자 운영 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱은 옷장 데이터를 동기화하는 자체 클라우드 서비스를 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 수집·공유·추적

개발자는 앱에서 데이터를 수집하거나 제3자에게 전송·판매·공유하지 않습니다. 광고, 행동 분석, 사용자 추적, 원격 진단 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 사용자가 만드는 백업

‘백업 파일 만들기’를 실행하거나 Android 앱에서 선택 사항인 자동 백업을 켜면, 사용자가 고른 문서 위치에 옷장 사본이 생성됩니다. 자동 백업은 기본적으로 꺼져 있으며, 사용자가 저장 폴더를 선택하고 켜야 작동합니다. 하루 한 번을 기준으로 시도하며 검증된 최근 5개를 보관합니다. 빈 옷장은 건너뛰고 저장 실패 시 이전 백업을 유지합니다. 백업 파일은 암호화되지 않으며 선택한 저장 서비스의 접근 권한과 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. 클라우드 폴더를 고르면 해당 서비스가 파일을 동기화할 수 있습니다. Android의 운영체제 자동 백업 및 기기 이전은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 앱은 복원 전 파일 전체를 검증하고, 사용자가 확인하면 현재 기기 데이터를 백업 내용으로 교체합니다.

5. 보관과 삭제

앱 안의 데이터는 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 유지됩니다. 보관함 이동은 삭제가 아닙니다. 설정의 ‘이 기기의 옷장 모두 삭제’로 앱 전용 데이터 전체를 영구 삭제하고 자동 백업을 끌 수 있습니다. 자동 백업을 끄거나 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거해도 이미 만든 외부 백업 파일은 지워지지 않으므로 저장 위치에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.

Goyo Closet is a local-first wardrobe app for Android and iOS that works without an account or a developer-operated server. The developer does not collect or receive your wardrobe data.

1. Data handled by the app

The app handles clothing photos you select; clothing names, categories, colors, seasons, brands, purchase details, and notes; saved outfits and placements; and wear dates, notes, and optional photos. Photos are imported only when you choose them through the Android or iOS system photo picker.

2. Processing and storage

The database and photos are kept in this device's private app storage. Photo processing, including background removal, runs on the device and is not sent to a developer-operated server. The app does not use its own cloud service to synchronize wardrobe data.

3. Collection, sharing, and tracking

The developer does not collect app data or transmit, sell, or share it with third parties. The app includes no advertising, behavioral analytics, user tracking, or remote diagnostics SDK.

4. Backups you create

A wardrobe copy is created in your chosen document location when you choose “Create backup file” or enable optional automatic backup in the Android app. Automatic backup is off by default and requires you to select a folder and turn it on. It is attempted daily, keeps the latest 5 verified copies, skips an empty wardrobe, and preserves older backups on failure. Backup files are not encrypted and are governed by the access controls and privacy policy of your chosen storage provider. If you choose a cloud folder, that service may synchronize the files. Android operating-system backup and device transfer are disabled. The app validates the entire file before restore and replaces current device data only after you confirm.

5. Retention and deletion

App data stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Moving an item to Archive is not deletion. “Delete this device's wardrobe” in Settings permanently removes all private app data and turns automatic backup off. Turning automatic backup off, deleting app data, or uninstalling the app does not remove existing external backup files; delete those files from their storage location yourself.
